Servings: 1 | Suggested active prep time: 5 minutes

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    • 1/2 cup washed fresh baby spinach
    • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1 serving gluten-free vegan protein powder, per label
    • Optional: small pinch of salt

    Instructions

    1. Add almond milk, spinach, blueberries, peanut butter and protein powder to a blender.
    2. Blend until smooth. Add a little more milk if the protein powder thickens the drink.
    3. Taste and add optional salt only if wanted. Serve immediately.

    Low-energy prep tip

Use washed ready-to-eat baby spinach and frozen blueberries to reduce prep.

    Recipe notes

Fresh washed spinach avoids using frozen vegetables that may require cooking. Choose protein powder suitable for your dietary needs.

Dietary labels apply only when all packaged ingredients meet those requirements. Check labels and cross-contact guidance for your needs. Salt is optional where listed; follow your own care plan rather than using a recipe to set sodium intake.
